Frendly — Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Frendly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Frendly complies with local laws.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You agree not to use Frendly to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, post illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant Frendly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Safety and Reporting

Frendly may provide tools to report users or content. We may investigate and take action, including suspending or removing accounts and content that violate these terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using Frendly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers

Frendly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or that matches, events, or user interactions will meet expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Frendly and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, reputation, or profits.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted in-app with the new effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
